				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Fairway Meadow Apartments are currently underway.  These unique new apartment homes will be located in Coeur d&#8217;Alene, ID near the corner of Ramsey Ave and Kathleen.</p>
<p>There will be 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units available.  There will be a variety of sizes offered among these options.  Prices have not been finalized but we have listed the preliminary figures.</p>
<p>The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment homes are proposed to range in size from approximately 700 Sq. Ft. to 900 Sq. Ft. and be priced between $700-$800.</p>
<p>The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment homes are proposed to range in size from approximately 1200 Sq. Ft. to 1400 Sq. Ft and priced between $950-$1100.</p>
<p>The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment homes are proposed to range in size from approximately 1300 Sq. Ft. to 1400 Sq. Ft. and priced between $1100-$1200.</p>
<p>The exact sizes, floor plans, and specifications are being finalized and will be updated when completed.  Check back here for updated information as this project progresses towards completion.</p>
<p>These apartment homes are designed after &#8220;the Big House&#8221; concept.  Once completed, the units are designed to look like large single-family homes from the exterior and feel like a single-family home once inside.  Each apartment will include a private attached garage with direct access to the unit.  This design is new to North Idaho and we are excited about the curb appeal these apartments will have.</p>
